Shipping
We ship most international packages via DHL/Local Post. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Shipping Policy
Please note: this shipping policy applies to retail orders for film, darkroom items, cameras, and accessories purchased from our online store. It does not apply to wholesale orders, OEM film projects, pre-orders, or customized services. Wholesale and OEM shipping costs will be quoted separately based on the final order quantity, carton size, weight, and destination.
International Shipping
SHJC Film ships from China to many international destinations.
Shipping options and rates are calculated based on your destination country or region and the parcel weight. The final available shipping method and shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
For selected destinations and small parcels, shipping starts from US$6.99.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for eligible orders depending on the destination.
General rule:
- Free shipping over US$99 for selected countries and regions.
- Free shipping over US$139 for the United States, Canada, and other available destinations.
The exact free shipping threshold may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Restricted Destinations
Some countries or regions may not be available due to carrier restrictions.
If no shipping method is shown at checkout, it usually means we are currently unable to ship to your destination.
At the moment, we do not ship to certain restricted destinations, including but not limited to: Israel, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Cyprus, Cuba, Kazakhstan, and Turkey.
Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure whether we can ship to your country.
Order Processing Time
Most retail orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, holidays, and product type. If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires extra handling time, we will contact you by email.
Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier service, and local delivery conditions.
International delivery may be affected by customs inspection, local holidays, weather, flight availability, or other carrier delays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the parcel has been dispatched.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
All orders are shipped from China.
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customs authorities may require us to declare the order value on the shipping documents. We cannot mark an order as a gift or declare an unrealistically low value.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or local import charges and the parcel is returned to us, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, carrier handling fees, and any other costs charged to us.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.
We can only update the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charges, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier fees from the refund.
If you would like us to reship the order, additional shipping charges may apply.
Wholesale and OEM Orders
Wholesale orders, bulk film orders, OEM film packaging projects, and customized services are not covered by the retail shipping rates shown at checkout.
For wholesale or OEM orders, shipping will be quoted separately based on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Gross weight
- Carton size
- Destination country
- Preferred shipping method
